This is a fine art print of the original watercolour & ink painting of the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, in Ouro Preto in Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil. Construction began in 1766, under the Brazilian architect and sculptor Antônio Francisco Lisboa, the building was finished in the 19th Century. Due to its architecture and historical significance regarding eighteenth-century gold mining, the church is classified on the UNESCO World Heritage List; it is also one of the Seven Wonders of Portuguese Origin in the World.
